PAYMENTS
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS
- All Credit & Debit card payments are taken at the time of placing your order
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro, etc
- Upon cancellation of all or part of an order refunds will be processed within 28 days.
- All online card payments we processed by RBS Worldpay, payment system provides to online businesses.
- All telephone card payments are processed manually by Streamline processing terminal.
CHEQUES AND POSTAL ORDERS
- Should be made payable to ‘Red Oak Roller Ltd’ posted with copy of order to unit 4 Burnt Mills Ind Est, Basildon, Essex, SS13 1BJ
Please allow two weeks for processing and clearance.
MAKING A PURCHASE
- Browse our store for your school, select the item and size required, add to the shopping cart.
- When finished your selection click on checkout, you will then be asked to complete your details and payment.
- All goods are offered subject to availability.
- A confirmation of your order will be sent to indicate we have received your order. This does not indicate a contract of sale until goods and prices have been checked and an invoice has been produced.
